Evy Declercq, experienced working with real businesses and organizations, will conduct a digital train the trainer workshop for academic staff who already have some experience with the tool.   Through real-life examples and case studies, attendees will learn how to effectively use the business model canvas in a class context. During the workshop, Evy will not only share her experience working with businesses and organizations, but also draw from her previous train the trainer sessions at VIVES University of Applied Sciences.   This will provide attendees with valuable insights into the practical application of the business model canvas in an educational setting. In this workshop, you will also get to work with the business model canvas yourself. Co-creation and learning from each other is at the heart of this workshop.
