About the Speaker:
Stephan Weemaes is a lecturer and researcher at VIVES University of Applied Sciences, where he specializes in studying the effectiveness of boards of directors and boards of advisors. Stephan’s work has been featured in renowned academic journals, including “Small Business Economics,” “Academy of Management Perspectives,” and the “Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal.” His research delves into critical aspects of governance, shedding light on the dynamics that drive board effectiveness and strategic decision-making within organizations.
